Great looking mold and colors

I remember that comic where gridlock faught blaster for leadership of the Autobots being one of my favorites as a child.

I like him. Even the tank mode has its charm - better than concept Megatron. But do miss his gun mode. Did you happen to catch the autobot insignia on his forearm? Apparently an Easter egg carried over from shockwave reusing some of Primes cgi components in the movie.

I missed out on the OG mold. Right now I have the shattered glass with the rest of the dinos. Not sure to pick this one up since I like the colors or wait for a miracle re-issue. Then again power of the primes optimus got one for some reason.

Great Dinobot figures, but in keeping with the studio series cartoon colors it all looks very basic and bland. The comic grimlock proves with other alternate colors they can look alot more compelling. Maybe a toy color accurate edition with some Chrome could be planned later on. With Swoop though his blue really pops and his wings have a kinda metallic silver.

It is kinda idw based, for me this is the most beautiful fig i ever seen, but damm his joints are fragile, i keep trying so many things to keep it stable, also he hurt you a lot with all those spikes, but i still love him.

I just got him as well but didn't open him.. however, my Legacy Cliffjumper from the boxset had a loose left arm. So, i ordered another one and he arrived with no accessories. Target finally settled with me, and they exchanged the box set and i was even able to keep the Cliffjumper..? I didn't want to deprive someone who wanted the two they send to every store in my area in Florida. Now I'm m worried about Optimus! I almost want to go open him now!

I got him the other day but returned him because of the left arm undoing itself during basic posing. Despite this, i did enjoy my time with it and I plan on nabbing another copy.

Fact, bumblebee was not based on a vw bug. He is based on a penny racer toy. I prefer this figure over the vw version of bumblebee. He is cartoon accurate and i prefer this version.

Why the heck hasn't Hasbro realised that it could clean up if it released the original model lineup, in the original boxing? I've had many Temu copies for my 7 year old boy. They vary in quality, but I've tinkered with them and now they're pretty much indistinguishable from the 80s ones I used to get.

For a KO, that packaging is amazingly good.

I feel like the altmode was compromised slightly, to make recolor/remold into Cliffjumper, Hubcap, etc, easier. Depending on the angle, the car-mode has more of a boxier shape thats more cliffjumper'esque, than the smooth arches of the VW beettle. Basically it's Hasbro back to it's old tricks of giving us a "Good but, strangely flawed" figure, so they can sell us a Better(er) one later.

Man I have the hardest time finding my perfect Bumblebee. I want a MP size one, with the 80's look but I really dont like the MP ones in robot mode.

The Netflix bumblebee is when I started collecting again, so it hold a special place for me

I grabbed one the other day from Target. I absolutely love it. While I do wish it were more VW bugish, I really appreciate the Choro-Q inspired design. I have a bunch of Choro-Q cars (including a bug) and kinda feel an opportunity was lost in design.

Overall, he's not that bad. Could have used some blue windows though.... You know Hasbro will do a repaint with blue windows down the line...

Vehicle mode looks like if someone took Bumblebee's hood and fenders and stuck them on Bumblejumper.

I bought the Metroplex version of this. Wasn’t bad for $22 (got him on a sale). I also ordered Toyhax labels for him as the labels with the KO weren’t great and kinda cheesy. He had chrome legs but they aren’t great, and he had the satin grey face and missile bank. Scamper had this weird sticker pre applied on his hood but I got it off and put an Autobot symbol.

Damn he looks young for 82
